Jorden is a successful Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur who has founded and led 3 IT-focused companies in the last decade. Jorden is also recognized as a pioneer and leading authority on enterprise-class global Internet/Web strategy, content and application globalization technology and cross cultural issues.

Hans Davidsson is a Managing Partner with a focus on the telecom sector. Hans has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the Information and Communications Technology Industry. He has tremendous experience with the Fortune 500 (General Manager and VP at Ericsson), venture capital investing (Managing Partner of ideaEDGE Ventures), and startups (founder of M7 Networks -- recently acquired by Motricity). Hans has also worked across the globe and has significant experience at positions in the US, UK, Sweden, China, and India.

Dean Sirovica is an advisor to PCG with a focus on the telecom and venture financing sectors. Dean is formerly a Managing Director at Vodafone Group where he and his team developed the company's strategic technology roadmap and provide technical due diligence for Vodafone's corporate venture capital (VC) group. Dean leverages his nearly 2 decades of experience in the telecom sector to provide guidance and technological insight to the PCG team as well as access to senior level contacts.
